The State Conference is a fabulous opportunity for P&C members, parents, principals and volunteers from around Queensland to connect with hundreds of other like-minded volunteers to learn, network, meets our valued sponsors and exhibitors and of course have a lot of fun!
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrants will be sent a confirmation letter and tax invoice within 2 working days of submitting a registration form. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to Elevate Communication.
Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the exhibition. If you have not already notified Elevate of your special dietary requirement, please do so as soon as possible by emailing pandcsqld@elevatecom.com.au.
Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the venue's ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise Elevate of their requirements prior to the conference. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Conference information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the conference and organisers accept no responsibility.

Registrations fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that a travel insurance policy is taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc when registering for the conference and booking travel. The Conference Committee and Conference Organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Your official conference name badge must be worn at all times throughout the conference. Your name badge is your entry to all sessions, the exhibition and social functions.
A list of participants will be produced, including individuals' details such as name, school/organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.
The P&Cs Qld State Conference is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the conference (e.g. dietary requirements and accommodation booking information to venue/hotels).
This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during your registration.
If you do not consent, you will unfortunately not be able to register for P&Cs Qld 2024 State Conference.

Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All conference registrations and additional ticket rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
