Part-Funded Registration

Each year P&Cs Qld offers a limited number of Part-Funded registrations to attend Conference for P&Cs located across the various regions of Queensland.

Please ensure you read all requirements below and complete all questions during the application process.

Closing date for applications is Friday 4 April 2025.

Part-funded registration inclusions

  • 2 x nights SHARED accommodation (nights 6 & 7 June 2025) *Breakfast not included*
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to the trade exhibition
  • Morning + afternoon teas + lunches
  • 1 x Welcome reception ticket
  • 1 x Gala dinner ticket
  • Travel for delegates living more than 100km from the conference venue.

What is required

  • Your P&C must outline in 250 words or less why you, or one of your members, should be selected to receive a part-funded registration

  • If successful, your P&C will be required to contribute $650 towards to the overall cost to attend the two-day conference.

    Decide who your lucky representative is (vote on it during the meeting)

  • Complete the expression of interest form before the application closing date
